A while back in the New Year we recorded an episode of CCN that I thought was lost. Work commitments, and illness on all sides of the Atlantic got in the way, and then it vanished from the YouTube feed. Then, all of a sudden, like a Kim Monaghan at free-food fair, it appeared out of nowhere.
