Punk / hardcore influenced metal that revolves around a pair of vocalists that sound like a pitbull and parrot having a heated discussion (see “Politics Is A Bargain Between Beggars”) and a drummer who has clearly built his own drumkit out of pots and pans, reserving the most hollow sounding ( and “And Justice For All” like) pot for a snare drum. Reading that back I suppose it doesn’t necessarily sound like I enjoy this release but I do. The bits that chug have a good deep action going on and each song has plenty of character, which is pretty impressive for an EP of four songs delivered in under ten minutes. Interestingly they sound a bit like Slipknot at the end of “You Don’t Have to Go To Clown College” but the first album, not the nu-metal wank. If you like metal, you’ll like this.
