An album that pretty much goes full tilt from beginning to end aside from witty clips from some dubious sounding B movies, it’s of a similar provenance to Retox, Burning Love etc but with slightly varied flavours, a smattering of surf, a touch of thrash and just a little slice of good old rock. It’s very difficult to dislike an album that is as infectiously energetic and upbeat as this, especially when you have great catchy slabs of punky expectoration like “25” and “Sad Song” but they do occasionally reach for a hook or riff and miss the target, but only because they’re so very, VERY, VERY EXCITED. This is to be expected from a band who’ve only been around since 2009 and while I can’t make any predictions for their future, I would be sad to find out that they’d called it a day because they’re definitely a force for good.
